i guess sometimes when things arent manage or handle in our own 'correct' manner, we tend to critise how others handle the situation. However, there are certain blindspots we might miss. for example, how the person derive to use this way to handle the situation. Knowing other blindspots might have change our perspective and could probably agree that things should be handle like how it was being handle.
i guess most important note to myself is, i need to be less critical cause i might not even know the full picture.
