1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before? Applied to colleges!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I don't tend to make new years' resolutions.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? My Aunt Stacy. I have cousins named Carolina and Fiona.
4. Did anyone close to you die? no
5. What countries did you visit? didn't leave the US...
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006? a driver's permit license.
7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?: Late June-Early July. I don't think I cried over more people than I ever did over that span of time.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?: My entire portfolio is from the second half 2006. That's pretty awesome.
9. What was your biggest failure?: There was nothing that I really felt I let anyone down on.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?: I had bronchitis pretty bad for over two months.
11. What was the best thing you bought?: Yo. I bought some pretty amazing books and comics this year.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?: I'd like so say Jane Johnson's grown up a lotttt in 2006.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?: Ohh. Let me get back to you on that.
14. Where did most of your money go?: art supplies. pot. alcohol. food. getting lost.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?: Alex and I starting over. Visiting Nina in her new house. My SU art class. Never having to take math again. Dracula.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?: it's kind of over
21. Who did you spend the most time on the phone with?: Nina and Keenan
22. Did you fall in love in 2006?: Yeah. Maybe back in love. But it's a certainty this time around.
23. How many one-night stands?: I had a fling or two and lots of friendly making out. But nothing one-nightish.
24. What was your favorite TV program?: OH GOD. This year was the year Television came back. WEEDS. DEXTER. EPITAFIOS.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?: no
26. What was the best book you read?: Dracula. The Time Traveler's Wife. Native Son.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?: Say Anything, The Dresden Dolls, My personal Queen revival, A Silver Mt. Zion. And Recently TV on the Radio and the Talking Heads have been my huge huge kick.
28. What did you want and get?: Um. Alex. And that SU scholarship. And a bigger social span. And connectionnns.
30. What was your favorite film of this year?: Oh dude. Little Miss Sunshine was great. Clerks II, Batman Returns. I have seen a ton of classics and queer flicks that I have looveeed.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?: I turned 17. We partied the night into, and then had a dinner party the night of.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?: If Nina had not moved.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006? I have toned down. I went from layer-city, outrageous things, to a little slicker, suaver, more mature.
34. What kept you sane?: Nina, Jane, Leah, and Sarah have really held me rooted. Joy rides with Leah for the first half of the year and Jane the second half.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?: I donno man.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?: I haven't been all thaat political this year, actually.
37. Who did you miss?: I miss Nina, and I missed Sarah, and I miss Mr. Fonte
38. Who was the best new person you met?: The CBA gang
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006: The first half of the year, I learned the value and rewards of working hard. The second half of the year I learned to handle myself without a security net of people who couldn't physically be around anymore. The whole senior thing is teaching me how to be a leader/role model and bullshit about being those things when I can't be, actually.
