life is weird and strangely upsetting.
in the past week, i have...
1. locked my roommate out of my room.
2. felt threatened at work.
3. had my life been absorbed by the facebook.
4. been bitched out four different times by saga dave.
5. appeared in "the vine" cause sars answered me.
6. kicked my heater about a thousand times.
7. slept with my wife.
8. started editing my novel.
i didn't really mean to lock otherkatie out. i completely forgot she had come back while i was getting ready for work and just locked the door on my way out while she was in the shower. kim is awesome and came and got my keys from work though, so that helped.
someone was playing the piano after quiet hours last night and it's my job to ask them to stop. so i did and this guy was really awful (and not a resident of the building) and he said that i would have to physically throw him out if i wanted him to leave. and i'm not sure what it was about him, but i was fucking scared and so i called both the fyra on duty and another fyra to deal with it. but i was shaking and crying afterwards -- it took twenty minutes to get this guy out of the building and he almost decided to beat on the fyras. afterwards, the fyras hung around the desk until i calmed down and then i spent the rest of my shift watching the doors (we have two that residents have keys to) and making sure that this guy didn't get back in.

yep, yep i did get my question answered. basically, sars told me what i've known all along and i'm getting a set of tomato nation pens out of the deal.
my heater makes a high pitched whining noise every two or three minutes and it's insanely annoying. i've kicked it to try and get it to stop. that doesn't help.
therefore, because of the heater, i went and slept in jessica's room last night because the heater sound vaguely resembles my alarm clock sound and i didn't want to be waking up every other minute in the middle of the night. kim once again saved the day and let me have her bed.
oh, yes. nanoedmo has started. i'm off to a shaky start with all of this goddamn craziness. i'll make it up. and now i'm going to study for stats. catch you all later. <3.
