It was great to get back to training last night. I could definitely feel I lost some conditioning, but over all it was good. I think I'm going to go once a week, on top of the 2/3 classes, and do weights, bag work, and conditioning (ie punching and kicking bags full of sand/rice). Time to get back into it.
Psyched about practice then gay bar! ha.
