Random post of randomness
1) So the fan on my computer's broken which means that the entire system is running slow! Luckily it's still covered by a warranty, so Dell is going to fix it, I'm also getting a new power cable cause the old one is starting to show is age :)
And in stead of the two years warranty, I actually have a three year warranty, which is awesome :)
2) We are currently learning php-coding and databases right now, which is more interesting that it should be allowed to be, only I can play with it, cause the damn computer is running slowly...
We also needs to find an internship, which is brand new for my education... one of the reasons I picked it was cause there was no required internship, and then they go and change the rules... Anyone knows a company within digital communication that needs an intern?
3) One of the great parts of being a student with no money, is that my mother bought me a couple of books (James Rollins, The Last Oracle and The Doomsday Key) They published the first three in Danish, and I borrowed Sandstorm from the library. Then I wrote the publishing company, asking is they were planning to translate Oracle and Doomsday, which they weren't at this time (seriously WFT!). My mom also read them, and she's been bugging me about Monk's fate, so she ordered me the books in English, with a strict order of a detailed summary... I've been waiting for them since the beginning of the month, but hopefully (fingers crossed) I'll have them by the weekend.
4) My sister moved this this weekend, she's also a student, and were living privately in some guy's basement, now she moved to a apartment building, with a lot of other students. I figured I would be the nerd that fixed the internet, not the idiot, that got to carry all the heavy boxes... but no!
On the plus side, now she totally owes me :P
5) Needs to figure out where I've put the lights for my bike...
