(no subject)
Hello. Its been awhile.
Lifes been interesting. I had a good birthday. We went to Santa Cruz for two nights and just relaxed. I got a new tattoo. Its actually a huge new tattoo. It goes around my hips. I can't really explain it but I love it.
We're getting a new car. Either a 2003 Durango V8 or a 2006 Ford Focus hatchback. The durango is nicer, but gas guzzler. Focus is cute, but probably won't last as long because.. well its a Ford. Either one would be cool with me. New car=good. Our Nissan 240SX has been good to us, but it is definitely not a family car.
Me and Kevin are doing good.. we are settling in to being "mama" and "dada". I mean we have been for awhile, but now it just seems natural. We have a beautiful son and he loves us and calls us mama and dada which is still kinda weird sometimes, but its also an incredible feeling. I finally feel like we are a family unit because Isaac has a little personality now and it fits so well with me and Kevin. He's funny, giggly, loves being outside, a little whiny at times (which I'm sure he gets from me), and just is like the piece of the puzzle that makes it whole. Okay.. that was a little cheesy.. sorry.
Nothin else too exciting is goin on. I wish I was more social, but I've disconnected with my Applebees friends. I don't know if its because its just a different lifestyle, or if its just lack of effort. Maybe I should try harder. I always bitch about having no friends, but I'm sure I'm a big part of the problem. I don't make much effort to call or call back.
