Okay, I don't post on my life very much right now. For this, I am sorry. But, have no fear, I am about to start something that I plan to stay with for a very long time.

I'm going to start an intake log and work out schedule. This is going to take a lot of will-power to do. I want to lose some weight before summer rolls around and I want to start eating a little healthier. I also need to start limiting myself on how much soda I drink. That's going to be hard. Also, I'm going to start with a couple full length pictures of my torso, I want to tone my stomach and get rid of my hips. Maybe this will also get rid of my acne problem.

So here's what I've got for today, food wise:
 
  1. 2 one liter bottles of Pepsi
  2. 2 cups of broccoli and cheese quiche
  3. 2 bacon wrapped potatoes
  4. 1 ounce of baked Lay's
  5. 1/2 cup of rice
Okay, so I eat mostly while I'm at work, and I feel I need the caffiene when I'm there to stay awake. I'm going to cut back on soda starting tomorrow since I don't work.
