(no subject)
i can't believe that i am admitting this, but i actually like the new j-lo song...
currently i'm at my dad's office. i'm working for him part time. i'm the only one here b/c him and my mom are at this marine expo at the jacob javits center. all i've really been doing all day is answering the phone and goofing off online, and listening to internet radio (where i heard the j-lo song for the first time).
i spent new year's eve really stoned on the 27th floor of my friend ryan's high rise apartment in forrest hills. he has a beautiful view of manhattan, and at midnight you could see fireworks going off in four out of the five borroughs. i enjoy low key new years eves with a few close friends. no new year's kiss, but i'm fine with that, considering last new year's eve i woke up to a naked drug-addict psycho wandering around my upstairs living space reciting lines from bad reality tv shows, who was about to great my parents eating breakfast in the nude.
as far as new year's resolutions are concerned, my three are:
a) find a job with a steady paycheck in the entertainment industry
b) get a six pack, or something close to one
c) get a boyfriend
i'm reading the da vinci code right now, just to see what all the fuss is about, and it really isn't that great. it's falls under so many literary cliches and is fairly predictable. i can see why it's a bestseller.
i am so utterly bored out of my mind right now. how do you office-job people do it!!!
