Some sort of hack to use to age sims up?

Is there some sort of hack that will age Sims up whenever you want without having to buy a cake and age them up that way? I really hate having a million pieces of leftover cake in the fridge.

Also: I only have the base sims 3 game.

Not really answering your question here, but you could throw the leftover cake away.

Well, the cake is not the only reason I want a hack to grow sims up. LOL. It would just be a lot easier to have something other than having to bring them to a cake to age them up.

You can do this:

When you load a game open the console by pressing Control + Shift + C. You'll see a blue bar at the top of the game, this is the console. now, type in testingCheatsEnabled true and press Enter to activate the code.

Now you can press shift and click any sim to age them up, Just click "Trigger Age Transition".

Do you know if that version is safe to use when I only have the Base game for Sims 3?

Sorry to answer for albinobambi, but it is base game compatible. (as long as your game is up to date) I use it myself.

It also works with WA en Ambitions, I'm using it with them.

I get excited when I have leftover cake in RL, it's the best way to start the day! Bill Cosby once had a segment in his stand-up about justifying chocolate cake for breakfast - you have your grains, your eggs, etc. He told it better though.
