Sims3pack files not installing.

I'm having a bit of trouble with the Sims 3 Launcher. I finally realized how to install sims3packs, and that is with the launcher. That being said, some of my custom content won't install. It will notify me that the content has installed, but it doesn't give me the little icon next to it that says it's been installed. The kicker is that most of my sims3packs have been installing, but I've tried installing lipsticks from Les Sims De Subaxi and they won't install, no matter how many times I try.
I also have the latest patch installed, as well as World Adventures.

Could the problem be in the launcher or the files? Is there a way I can install the files in the end?
