Default Replacement Lipsticks by borrowedcrime

I looked everywhere for the lipsticks shown in the picture, and I couldn't find anything. I suspect they were on the page the second link in the post goes to - however, that link it broken.
So, I was wondering if anybody had seen those lipsticks anywhere else? I've had a look on MTS and a couple other sites, and even googled for them, but so far I've had no luck.
