Sim store

I just downloaded a whole bunch of stuff from the sim store. Costing me fair amount of som points. and then before I was able to put them in my game...they cancelled out on me. What happened and I am able to get my points back

If you're logged in, you should be able to go to your history of purchases and redownload them.
