This was fantastic. I love your use of Harmony here. She's such a cool character because so many things can be done with her. Sure, when she gets all insightful, it's weird, but --- as with S5 --- people don't appreciate her. Interesting choice to have her go to Lindsey.

Now, I know I mentioned in my journal how compelling I found this fic, but I thought I should enter something down here too, before I store it in Memories (my Memories are a mess, but I do try).

Not only was your choice of character in Harmony a brilliant surprise, but I was glad to see someone look beyond the surface in her, like you did. And you mentioned Eve! I adored Eve for loving Lindsey and wanting to save him time and again.

And its well past time I got a chance to say Thank You for the truly wonderful fic you wrote for me. *grins* Hugs ~ Sam

You are very welcome sweetness. I had a lot of fun writing this one and I was quite surprised how good it turned out. When you said you wanted a hurt/comfort fic with our boy I knew that I couldn't go the ordinary route for you.

Very nice work! I love that you looked beyond the surface of both of these characters... it's so easy to stay shallow with the more minor characters, but you did a great job of bringing the depth.

Slightly off-topic and strange, but most of the first fics in the AtS fandom that I wrote before I discovered LJ played out a hell of a lot like this. Lindsey, sitting in his cell, talking to Spike or Gunn or whoever I brought down to visit him. *G* Told you it was off-topic! Just another weird brain-sharing moment, I guess!

Absolutely too many great lines to copy-and-paste! X-D The marble! HA! And Lindsey giving her his bracelet just melted me. Even something so little would've meant so much to Eve at the end there.

Most people overlook the smaller characters - which Lindsey and Harm are - and you know me. I like to sit on the box when it comes to things so there would be no Gunn or Spike or Angel coming to visit.

*bounce* Like what lines? I loved writing this piece, I really did. Yes, I was thinking of writing a mirror/part 2 piece to this with Harm giving it to Eve.
