I. am. surprised.
What is with everyone on LJ now saying "I knew it, I knew it was going to happen--I knew Bush would win!"??? I've not ONCE heard anyone say that until now. Regardless, I'm suprised. I would have been at least mildly surprised either way--it was just so close.
Now that Bush has won, I'm focusing my attention on the race for Governer here in Washington. For a time, as little as THIRTY-TWO votes seperated them, and now it's something more like 1,000, with GOP Rossi coming out on top. And yes, I did vote for Rossi--Gregoire has just effed too many things up. (For those hip to Washington politics, Ben's family friend was the assistant who Gregoire blamed one of her problems on... that friend then turned around and sued Gregoire for over a million dollars--and won.) Anyway, since I voted absentee my ballot hasn't even been counted yet.
And if Rossi wins, I get to go to the inaugural ball at the Governer's mansion!
Okay, onto other news... about my website!!!
The "meet my friends" link now works, and is a link to a bunch of pictures from the Whidbey Island Trip, HONK!, the photoshoot with my friends, and many other random things. So check it out!
