Please excuse my poor grammar while I discuss 2006 haha
January- New years at first sucked cause we went to some lame party in Haddon Twp. I come home to find people at my house, and it was a pretty nice time. Play practices were in full swing with blocking and costumes and all. When I didn't have play practice I was probably with Julia chilling. Sarah's 18th birthday. Say goodbye to my icp class :(
February- Valentine's Day I don't even remember. Hmm... play practice gets intense! Mary always teased me I wore a lot of black haha. Start study hall.
March- Performances of the play! Had a blast except when I became deathly ill which sucked :( Sad to say goodbye to the seniors and jazz. I think at this point Megan started hanging out with me more and I still chilled Julia a lot. My dad's birthday.
April- Cotillion! Even though I look bad in photos, I actually liked how I looked that nice dress and all. Afterwords went to Megan's house kind of lame but whatever. My birthday! Had a "surprise" party which ended up kind of being fun
May- I don't remember May! Haha I might have went to hellogoodbye during this month or April. Choir/band trip which I didn't sleep the night before, the trip was crazy and it rained. Miss Judie's memorial service. Choir concert.
June- End of freshman year, got out super early for a nice long summer. Sarah had her graduation.
July- 4th of July, hung out with Mary, Megan, Julia blah blah. Not a bad time. Mom's birthday. Choir camp! Had a fabulous time as usual, a little sad cause Elise, Matt, Adam and many weren't there, not to mention Miss Judie wasn't there. Was the only girl on the men's floor. I remember one night Pat, Dave, Drew and I just talked about music. WON THE SCAVENGER HUNT HELLS YEAH. Got a solo. Drew made a great talk about Miss Judie at the service. Elise, Matt, and Elise's friend Patrick came to visit and we had a blast hanging out that night. Concert went great. Stayed in Cape May with my family and relaxed by the beach, Will's birthday.
August- Oh man August... In disbelief when Megan told me the news. Mae concert. Julia's birthday. Last hurrah of summer.
September- Sarah goes to college. Start of sophomore year. Started chilling with Cori, Max, Josh, Mike and Tommy a lot. Life pretty good.
October- Clap Your Hands Say Yeah/Architecture in Helsinki concert, had a great time. Aquarium was fun. Halloween went trick or treating as a pirate. Will moves back home.
November- Broken Social Scene concert, best concert yet. So much fun and they were great live. Auditoned for the play and was so sure I didn't make it. Ended up getting a small part haha. Sarah got ecoli. Carolyn's funeral where I met pretty much my entire father's side of the family. Thanksgiving a lot of family stuff happened.
Decemeber- Start vocals for the play. Still chilling at cool beans. Choir concert. Some personal stuff happened. Christmas party at Josh's. Went to New York to see the family. Christmas was a nice event. Chilled with Megan. Rearranged my room.
Overall 2006 was a decent and satisfactory year. It was neither excellent nor horrible. I did learn a lot of things and definitely matured. Relationships with my family and friends evolved, in ways good and bad. Maybe 2007 will be good? I hope so.
