We are having more issues with the crazy neighbor. He is a fucking fruit loop! It has been decided that Cory and I will not be staying here in Santa Fe any longer than we have to. If the job in Sacramento falls through... he is thinking about taking contract jobs in Portland until he can find something permanent. We shall see what happens. This weekend we will be doing stuff around the house so we can put it on the market.
