Heh. I know you're from HK and it's a different place and all, but I find it odd that you would say something like that.
The other thing I find odd is that anyone is saying "Even China is being good to the environment". While their past record is nothing to be proud of in this regard, this is the sort of thing that bitter, steak-and-potatoes, oldschool all-American men (like, ah, my mum) like to point to and say "See Delores? I knew those greenies were a bunch of pinko commies". It just fits with their mindset.
Personally though, I prefer the kind of reusable bags that come from recycled plastic. :)
