Name: Beckett Fowl

Personality: Beckett is an apparent everyman among geniuses. Both his brothers and his father are dazzlingly brilliant while he himself is closer to "gifted". He is fun loving and can be a little goofy and weird at times but he is a Fowl where it counts. He has been shown to be creatively clever to get what he desires, and to have peculiar tastes in food and drink. He likes sweets in particular and making messes like most small children.
He has shown himself to be particularly clever when it comes to obtaining his goals. One example being that his brother Artemis had locked the twins out of his lab. The more intelligent of the two twins spent hours trying to crack the code and when he finally did Beckett caught him in a tiger trap. Once his brother gave him the code he traded him the ladder to escape.
Other then that he is loyal to the core and loves his family very dearly. He's peculiar in his mannerisms when it comes to interaction with other people. Cheerfully he greets everyone with an open mind. A good heart that only wants to have fun and help other people have fun too. He doesn't like to be tied down to silly things like lessons and science and math, but he will try to learn if encouraged.
That sets up another part, he always tries his best to make people happy even if it means something he doesn't particularly want to do. That does not mean he is however entirely selfless. If something becomes too complicated or difficult he may lose interest if it's not something he himself wants to do.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Beckett is fairly clever for a boy his age but compared to his brothers he seems just peculiar. His brothers being so hyper intelligent his own gifted advanced intelligence tends to go unnoticed, but in reality he is at least more advanced then other children his age. It would be unwise to underestimate him however because when he gets an idea into his head he won't let anything stop him.
As for fears Beckett doesn't have many. He's lived his entire short little life watched after carefully by his parents and the family body guard Butler (when he returned from his self imposed retirement waiting for Artemis to return from another dimension.
But he is however a small child and that means his tolerance for things he doesn't understand and his amount of courage in stressful situations is only so much. He doesn't have as much reasoning and understanding as an older child nor the capacity to comprehend as much as an older child. But he tries his best in all he does.

Hi! I'm Beckett!
Today Beckett and Stampy and Artemis and Dianna were in the forest! It was really cool and dark and dirty! Beckett and Stampy like dirt but Artemis doesn't! Then Stampy found some berries and we stopped to pick them. They were very sweet and yummy!
But then, Artemis was gone!!! Beckett and Stampy weren't afraid though! Even when a big bumbley bee came down and was mad at us for taking his berries. He was like "Bzzzzzz!" And we went "AHHHHHHH!" But we weren't scared!
The Bumbley bee wanted to play tag and Stampy went first running really fast! Beckett was only a little fast. Then Stampy ran into a tree and all these blue pinecones fell out and looked really mad! They all went BOOM BOOM BOOM! *Giggles*
Then Artemis and Dianna came and Artemis's face got all funny and grumpy looking and I gave him a hug. Then we got berriesquishy on our clothes.
It was a good day. I like berries!
Third Person Sample:
All things considered, Beckett was handling himself remarkably well for someone his age.
Well, age was relative, he was ten now physically at least. The rest of him was still working on catching up. But that for the moment was offering him a fairly relaxed and cheerful outlook on things.
Stampy the Phanpy made it all the easier. He'd always wanted his own pet and this one was a blue elephant. A BLUE ELEPHANT! How cool was that? Way cool that's how cool!
The only problem really, was that his parents weren't around, nor his partner in crime and twin brother Myles. Myles would be really upset if he knew that Beckett was out having an adventure without him. The two had been best friends since birth.
But it wasn't all bad, big brother Artemis was here somewhere! And Beckett was set to find him.
"Artemis gets in trouble alot." He explained to Stampy as he started walking in a random direction in his quest to locate his brother. "He gets lost for a long time and then comes back with stories. his stories are really great though!"
Stampy just made a noise of pleasure at the activity of walking and looked about sniffing the air. Perhaps they were going to get food sometime soon?
"Maybe this time I can bring Artemis home!" That was a capital idea! Then everyone would be so proud of him! "Then we can tell the story together and Mom and Dad will be really proud! And Myles will be so impressed! And professor Primate too!"
Professor Primate was Myles' stuffed monkey toy. Beckett had gotten yelled at by Myles once or twice for taking him without permission to play games. Well now Beckett a professor!
The city was a bright and cheerful place, the sun was high and the air was nice and clean. It was a little like the smaller villages back home. But this was a great big world now and Beckett was already fantasizing about the great adventures he and Stampy and Artemis would have together. Maybe they would fight demons! Or rescue fairies! Without Butler around Artemis would need someone to look after him and Beckett knew he was just the guy for the job!
What he did not know however was he was walking in entirely the wrong direction from where Aretmis was currently. No matter. Things would work out...hopefully.
