I said I'd take pictures, but I was too busy having fun. Katie took pictures though. These are all hers.

...after over 40 miles.

On one of the bridges over the Yakima River/Lake Easton. Actually, this is right were the Yakima flows into Lake Easton. It was amazingly beautiful.

Riding in the dry lakebed of Lake Keechelus. It was really surreal.

"Should I ride off of this?" (I later did)

Again, in the lake...

In early summer, it all would have been under water. It's one of those things you just have to experience.
And here's an odd sequence. I actually went off of this twice, and Katie said she'd take responisibility if something went wrong. How often does that happen? It normally wouldn't be a big deal, except it was in the bottom of a lake and the ground was super soft. I was basically landing in sand and silt/till, which can be very sketchy.

At the West end of the 2.3-mile Snoqualmie Tunnel. That was also surreal.

This was at the halfway point, just over 20 miles from the trailhead.
There are many more that I will probably post later, and they won't have me in them.
