Is it ok to use photoshop gradients in our icons?

LOL Well... let me go take that out, because I consider gradients like that to be adjustment layers. (that was a rule back when fiendie was running Simple. I'm sure she won't mind if I change it a little...

Normal non-downloaded Photoshop brushes don't break rules right

AHHHHHH I want to say yes. Sorry, I've been running this for a year, and for some reason I've never come across this. When fiendie was running it, she put into the rules that it isn't acceptable...

If you don't mind me asking, how are you using the brush? :O
