LJ is still here? Amazing!
It seems that another one of my LJ friends got pissed off and left because no-one commented on something.
My opinion on this is, if you are going to post on LJ, the last thing you should expect is anyone to comment! It seems I failed to act on her post also, which leaves me feeling just a little guilty... But then I think she was asking people to repost something in support of something that I actually don't believe in, so where's the problem?
Other than this my news is no news.
Work continues for both of us. Sales have seriously picked up over the last few weeks, to the point that the boss has gone from threatening me with redundancy to buying a whole load of new stoves for display, remodelling the showroom, and is actually talking about possible bonuses!
Just to make the point, I took £13,000 gross last week. Seems a lot, until you consider that we only about 30% of that, but then you compare it with some weeks in June and July when we took nothing!
Anyway...
