Beat The Intro 4a. (Number 4 was posted briefly over Xmas, had no-one even look at it and was taken down again).
THE RULES
1) This is just for fun. No prizes.
2) You need speakers or headphones to play. You will probably need either Quicktime or some other plug-in to play the audio clips, too.
3) Click each link in turn. It will play the intro from a song. Some are more well known than others, and some I think are easy some hard and one impossible! Try to identify the song from it's intro.
4) You may play each intro as often as you like.
5) Post your answers in a comment to this entry. All comments are screened so there will be no copying.
6) You may have as many tries as you like. But if you change your answers, I will take the answers in your last comment.
7) I will award one point for the correct title and one point for the performing artist. I will award full or half points at my discretion for part titles or correct first lines. I will award full or half points at my discretion for partial artist names, names of lead singers of groups or names of groups that the artist was a part of. I will award half marks at my discretion for artists who covered the song, or for the original artist if this is a cover.
8) There's no point in disputing my marking, because all my mp3s are off CDs and if the CD is wrong there's no hope for the music industry! Besides, it won't get you anywhere.
