Story update
My latest story, still called "Pirate", for want of a better title, now has the following stats:
76 pages (74 of which are actual story, 2 being notes)
35,308 words
163,694 characters (no spaces)
198,254 characters (with spaces)
865 paragraphs
2,623 lines
Again, Mrs Palmer was 3 pages, 24,213 words, 133,333 characters (inc spaces), 564 paragraphs, 2260 lines!
So, Pirate is now the longest story I have ever written.
A novel is supposed to be anything between 60,000 and 100,000 words, so I'm between half way and a third of the way there... Yay...?
The story is by no means finished yet, so there is every chance of it hitting the right length... I may have to pad certain bits out a bit though.
Now, if you will excuse me, I need to lie down. Someone has been fucking with the gravity in here and it's all over the place right now...
