Tough close...
Well, after seven and a half hours in a house, I walked out with 4.5 squares on finance this evening! I had about the toughest close I've ever done! All the rest to this point have been easy! This one, I dropped to part house and time-lined the finance so that they could finish paying off a car loan first. My closing sheet is a total mess, in fact I went onto a second sheet!
This couple are in their late fifties and he works as a steelworker in the Portsmouth shipyard, building the Royal Navy's newest destroyers!
I also had to try and match the colour to the colour of their bricks! Seriously, we can match any British Standard paint colour, but to match the brick colour... Sheesh. They went with sandstone! It's not a bad match... (I thought for a moment she was going to pick lime green... LMAO)
I fucked up 4 finance docs too... which is part of the reason I was in there so long... GRRR!
Here's to gritty paint, and lets see if this one hits the wall...
