i LOVE putting people in their place, I really do. Especially when you dont even have to say anything...
The Vice President at work...well, she WAS the VP. till she got demoted, is a real fucking douchebag. After my first evaluation, she said I was one of the worst CSR's she has ever heard, that I suck at my job, and should have my call-class bumped back down to trainee because im so terrible. Now, she doesnt really do any work. She's the account manager on a few accounts, as well as the acct manager on our biggest most important client.
Well, just so happens our biggest most important client calls in the other day and I answer. Ended up being a test call. I scored 29/30 (97%) one of the highest scores recorded in the office.
So im such a terrible CSR? Pfffft, fuck you, you douchebag
