Sanctuary for a bit ... and a bit here, and some over there ...
I watched the first episode of Sanctuary ... I think.
I clicked my way to a link that claimed to be episode one. It was about ten minutes long, and a clear series hook without resolution. I suspected it was a web episode, as I found comments to the effect that such a thing was done in this case. So, I clicked around to another 'episode 1.' Same actors, same premise, different execution, scenes reworked from the last clip I'd seen. I'd seen the same thing with the first episode of True Blood, so no big deal.
Episode two - no wait, that's half way through episode one I just watched.
Try again. No, that's half way through a conversation that simply doesn't jive with being the beginning of the episode.
In fact, most of the links of this series appear to be really disjointed hacked up bits of the episodes rather than making any sense. Anyone have any sort of explanation here?
