Fucking Pissed with Singnet Mio
I managed to get myself a good deal with cheaper internet rate for new contract 1 month ago.
Being cautious with all the stupid it gimmicks, i make sure i was not signing up for anything that is redundant.
They offer free installations of the Mio modem which i made sure it is free. Then there is a customer service officer whom call me to tell me i am entitled for a free tv series season to my liking. I told him specifically if there is any after charges or anything i wouldn't take it. And after confirmation that it is free. then i choose ugly betty even though i not a fan.
Actually I DIDn't even need the fucking MIO TV BOX Becos i was a Starhub premier plan subscriber..... tat's why i was against any cost that i need to pay for the MIO TV.
Somemore the mio tv hasn't been on since that day it was installed.
then the best part came today. I GOT A FUCKING SINGNET BILL today charging me $60 dollars for the ugly betty season which I didn't even see at all which i already said i don't want it unless it is free. SOMEMORE I went thru with the fucking customer sales rep that there isn't any hidden clause.
I AM SUPER PISSED OFF NOW!!!!!!! Going to log a big complaint until i get a good answer.
