Killian's Condition

I've been having issues lately. Whatever those men did to me is affecting me some. I'm not recovering like I think I should. I'm not sure what they used or what they did. This has to be solved.
Looking into why Killian was there has been a job to say the least. She will not come near me. Not surprising I guess. River was the same way about the Med Bay. Killian is probably not sure the role of a doctor now. She may think I want to continue what they were doing. I've had to observe her from a distance when she doesn't think I am. I'm not completely sure what they did to her because it is all based upon observing her behavior as she walks and talks, listening to what others have to say about her behavior, and knowing what was done to River as a starting point.
I would venture that they have tied time perception, memory, and conscious thought together. It appears as though they have modified the hippocampus region of her brain in some way.
Serenity is definitely not equipped for such high level diagnostics. Some days I think I'm lucky to be able to know what someone's vital signs are, much less reverse diagnose a medical procedure affecting neurons.
Hopefully we can do something to help her.
