Q&A with Daniel Depp & Jennifer Weiner

Mar 16, 2009 17:04

Both Daniel Depp and Jennifer Weiner will be in the UK offices this week and have kindly offered to answer any questions that you might have for them!

Feel free to ask them anything! Whether it's about their books, the daily life or if they have any tips for up and coming writers, they are happy to answer them as best they can.

All you need to do is post your question as a comment to this entry, or leave your question as an @reply on Twitter and I'll pass them onto the authors. Remember to state in your question whether the question is for Daniel, Jennifer or both!

Questions need to be in by Wednesday Evening (7pm GMT)

Daniel Depp is a former journalist, bookseller, photographer and teacher, and most recently a screenwriter and Hollywood producer. In 1997, he and his brother, Johnny Depp (no questions on Johhny please), produced the film The Brave, with Johnny directing and starring alongside Marlon Brando. Daniel now divides his time between California and France. LOSER'S TOWN is his first novel.

Jennifer Weiner was born in 1970 on an army base in Louisiana. She grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Princeton University. She worked as a newspaper reporter in Central Pennsylvania, Lexington, Kentucky, and Philadelphia, before the publication of her first novel, GOOD IN BED, in 2001. She is the author of the novels IN HER SHOES (2002), which was turned into a major motion picture; LITTLE EARTHQUAKES, (2004), GOODNIGHT NOBODY (2005), the short story collection THE GUY NOT TAKEN (2006) and CERTAIN GIRLS (2008), the sequel to GOOD IN BED. There are more than 9 million copies of her books in print in 36 countries. Check out her website www.jenniferweiner.com
