(no subject)
Is it time for an update? Maybe. I took Colton to dinner yesterday and gave him all his birthday presents. I can't believe my little guy is 7 already. Of course I also brought Katie a couple of toys...as I always do with one or the other...just so they don't feel left out. Some day I'll have to ween them of that tradition..yeah right.
So anyway he got three new outfits from the Tommy store when we were in Tenn. They look great and they are just the type of "Rugby" player clothes that he likes. He also got a couple of new video games and a new stereo for his room and some cd's and and other assorted toys. He was most happy when they came and sang happy birthday to him at the restaurant I think. LOL. I told Colton that he still had one gift waiting at my house and it was a surprise but he had to wait till he was over to get it. He seemed to take the news ok. Anyway it's a huge X Wing Fighter from Star Wars. It comes with a Luke Skywalker "action figure" LOL, but I also bought a R2D2 as it has a spot for the little guy to fit and I bought a Darth Vader and because I couldn't find one in any of the stores I was at I order a Yoda. If you're catching a theme here it would be The Dagabah scene in The Empire Stikes Back. The X Wing is covered in removable moss and the set also features something called a Dragonsnake. I can only assume it's that thing that swallowed R2 for a bit. LOL. Anyway it's something that I'd like to keep at my house and play with it with him so that's why I didn't give it to him yet. Plus he got a ton of stuff already.
Well that's the excitement in my life. If I could figure out how to do it I would post a pic.
