Ung. Writing up descriptions for all the new pictures (and reorganizing them into sub-galleries) took way too long. My dad took most of them. I have a couple more, but I don't have the appropriate cable to get them off my camera right now.

Nice structure to the house. I can definitely see that you're going to have a lot of fun renovating!

How much privacy do you have? These photos make it all look quite open, unless the front courtyard is a bit more enclosed and private?

It is private. The order goes like this: street, garage (25' deep), 5 foot drop (with stairs of course), the front patio (another 25') then the house. You can't see the front patio/deck from the street. As far as the backside is concerned, there is nobody there except for the deer and wild turkeys. There is only one row of houses on one side and one on the other. I hope this answer makes sense.
