Procure a Pennsylvania?
I had a post for this but it was all slapdash and lazy, so here is a new one! Here are almost all of the Pennsylvanias in one place, starting with gen 2. Gen 1 was made by katu_sims for the Founder Challenge 3. You probably already downloaded her somewhere. ;)
Gen 2:
Eclipse Pennsylvania, heir
note: her hair is from the sims store. I don't know if it will share right and I didn't realize until afterward. I may change it and reupload the cc version of her later. The non-cc version should be base game compatible.

note: Travers CC outfit might be a default replacement of a base game one. I clearly need to research more when I'm uploading these. Clean installer is your friend, though, and the non CC version is base game good.

The spares for gen 3 were clones of Travers. If you want Chatham, just change his name, if you want Veranda, his sex.

note: her eyes are geneticized, so uncheck that if you don't want unauthorized genetic whatnottery in your game.

I could not get the gen 5 spares to function after I extracted them. They show up in bodyshop but not the game. Trixie and Ruby pending.

The poor toddlers who lost their mother, extracted and made into adults for your pleasure!

Without CC, technically, but...
note: in my game he has zombie skin, which I have unlocked in bodyshop, in theory he will have whatever zombie skin default you have. I do not have service clothes unlocked, but this seems to work fine for me anyway. He is two things that are usually locked and if this makes you uncomfortable you shouldn't download him, I suppose. There is nothing uncheckable in clean installer.
Also, he extracted with his sunburn and it's still there. I don't know that this will be a problem, but he seems to load up with a sunburn, so... be forewarned of that, I suppose.
If you really really want one of the spouses let me know & I'll try to get them added under bonus.
