I played The Sims 2 for the first time in November yesterday! I was too busy with my dad, who has been in the hospital since October 24th, and NaNoWriMo, which I won on November 25th to do much of anything else. Oh, and I got Spore. It was my daily word count acquiring reward.
Last time with the Electra Bonafides, Sprocket became a romantic teenager, her brother, Edison, and twin sisters, Terra (who is a Sprocket clone) and Gigi, became children.
Eugh ahhh!
Sorry. That scared me.
Sprocket called the appropriately named zombie skinned Gypsy matchmaker Charleton Hunger over for a stab at... well... not true love, she only spent $140 on the date...
The best part is that his name is Shashwat Tuna! :D
The date ended pretty quickly, but they didn't hate each other.
The next day the gypsy brought this over. Bless her.
This is the sim I used to make townies in Lindblum, thus she is the only neighbor to spy on, thus she really hates the Bonafides. She is in and out of their house several times a day.
In many ways this is the most legacy-like legacy I have ever done. Look at that built up homework and angst! I am usually on top of it, in addition to having the kids skill like maniacs. These kids... not so much. They're just barely being kept from the social worker. & the family is so poor!
But not for long!
I don't think the paper girl suspects a thing.
Gigi is a show off, Terra is lazy. Sprocket needs something other than those yellow shorts.
I think Sprocket likes her big yellow shorts.
What now? Hail you say? Could it mean...?
Huzzah!
Meanwhile...
Sprocket has no trouble befriending the evil witch, they have much in common, it would seem.
Electra helped Terra with her homework in a bid to keep her away from the social worker.
It is time for Edison to spin and sparkle.
What a time to pick a fight.
Edison is crushed by his mother's display against the oft spied on neighbor.
However, he soon recovered. He got one parents brow and anothers nose and they don't mesh exceptionally well.
He rolled Pleasure, LTW Become Game Designer, Turn ons: Stink & Hats Turn off: Unemployment. He likes hardworking girls in the construction industry.
His profile is rather amazing, I'm not sure where it came from.
Okay, so Terra is actually not that lazy, as long as it's fun. She is constantly jumping on the bed. Her grades improved, so she needed a new in with the social worker, I guess.
I hadn't seen this yet. :D
See, Terra is totally a Sprocket clone! Jumpy nutzos.
Whee!
I'm speechless.
Sprocket is feeling romance anxieties, so she called on the genie for some beauty.
As luck would have it, she brought this exceptional specimen home from school with her. His name is Monkey. Monkey Regazzo. He is a townie courtesy of my husband.
Meanwhile, Edison brought this girl, Amalie Quaint, home as well. They don't exactly hit it off.
+ Hey there Krishna Paladin!
Sprocket and Monkey have three bolts. Romance sims the both of them.
It was a magical moment for the both of them.
Twin birthdays!
Terra rolled Family, LTW Graduate 3 children from college Turn ons: overweight blonds Turn off: hats.
Gigi rolled Family also, LTW Become Captain Hero Turn ons: formal wear and glasses Turn off: Grey hair.
I'm just sort of in love with Anton, is all.
I insist that they all at least get the grade scholarship, though they won't be getting any others.
What? The lot is glitchy, it won't let me place a driveway because it thinks that the lot is sideways, or something. Blah. I tested other lots in the neighborhood and driveways place fine. I'm going to move them after the kids finish college and have my husband build a new shmancy steampunk mansion with the monies.
Since I couldn't buy Edison the car he wanted, the family acquired a karaoke machine. Same difference.
Edison invited Amalie over for a date. She has the same eyes as him and his sisters.
I wanted to invite Monkey over for Sprocket, but he was working, so she had to settle for Shashwat.
Amalie was more receptive to Edison's overtures this time.
He scored his first kiss.
Sprocket was getting lucky with Shashwat, too.
Where were the twins, you ask? Getting their study on, of course, I have yet to find suitable teenage dates for them and the matchmaker really isn't an option moneywise. Blah.
Ahh, the first dance in the middle of the street, classy and safe.
At least they moved to the grass to look at stars.
*blink* Amalie had to stand up to get the spinny falling in love heart.
Dream dates all around!
Dude, the date is over.
Dude!
Ahhh ha.
The twins went downtown to seek out the cuties. There were only three teenage boys, two of them Sprocket's boyfriends and one, the cashier, that neither girls were interested in.
So they bought some clothes and moved on...
I didn't get a cap, but as they were leaving the lot, Sprocket's boyfriends got into a fight. Heh.
Terra: Seriously, I'm over 21... this is... a college cheer uniform!
She's awfully pleased with her deception.
Bartender at the Lulu Lounge: cute and gullible, I need to remember that.
I don't know why I thought there would be eligible teenagers at a bar. Just lots of skeevy older men...
At least this skeevy older man is infallibly good!
Gigi: *ventrilofarts*
Redhead with matching eyes: *poke*
That's a pretty good scowl...
But that is pure evil...
Then they bonded over some dorkery.
Whilst the good witch (Sebastien Variety, I believe) gave Terra a speach on the importance of the infallibly good being elected to politcal office.
The girls went home and then I sent all the teens off to college because I realized they all had the grades for the scholarship.
Here're the twins in their new clothes that they only got to wear for a moment.
This is weird. Electra is the only one at home. Kids at college, and Anton FINALLY got a job in the entertainment career track, just a few days from elder, poor darling.
Should I send Shashwat or Monkey to school with Sprocket?
Also leanings for heir are appreciated. I'm stuck. I like Sprocket & Gigi both. Terra is a Sprocket clone, but if she got good witchery and Sprocket got bad witchery it would compliment their family and romance oppositeness.
