We'd been expecting it for a while, but it's never a call you want to get regardless. *snuggles* She had a long life, at least, but it's going to be... really weird, and it will take longer for it to sink in that she's gone since I don't get to visit the family much anymore.

I don't know why it always comes off as weird. There have been several people I've known that died, and I just...it's weird to think of them like that. I just don't know what I'd do if one of my grandparents passed away. :(
