Hours and hours later Suzi's hair is finally cleaned and she's made absolutely certain that Whistler knows just how much she loves him. She's listening to his heart beat and tracing patterns on his shoulder with one finger, "I'm, um. If you want to talk about it, Whistler? The worm and everything? I think I'm ready, now?"

Whistler rolls the other shoulder around a little in a kind of stretch; he nods. "Okay," he says. "I'm pretty sure I'm ready myself..."

"Okay. What, um. Do you want to hear about?" She asks, smiling a little. Just a little, she's still a bit disoriented.

"I'm not sure where to start, honestly," says Whistler. "What'd you have to deal with, to start with?"

[sime_channel]

"There was a trash can that shot bullets!" She says with quiet shock, "And then a room full of people possessed by the oil. Then we found K? And he was alright...If he'd been possessed would he have been O-K?...and then some other people tried to get in, and then the worm ate them and then it tried to eat me and Richard and Richard blew it up from the inside."

"Huh," says Whistler, thinking. "That's ... wow. That's absolutely bizarre. Is that why you smelled so awful?"

[sime_channel]

"Uh huh." She says with a shudder, "I was useless, mostly? I think they used my screaming as a judge of when things were after us, really? But Zed and K said that I did good?"

"That's pretty cool, at least," says Whistler. "i'm gonna guess that you probably aren't gonna look forward to doing that kind of thing again, though, huh?"

She's not an octopus. She's doing a pretty good 'limpet' impression, however, "Please, no, never again! It was scary! In the bad ways!"

"Not like a roller coaster, then?" says Whistler with a slight grin.

[sime_channel]

"Roller coasters are sexy." She says with a sniff, "Worm guts are not sexy."

[dontlooklisten]

"... okay, that should've been obvious," says Whistler. "Sorry."

[sime_channel]

"Uh huh. And you're sexier than worm guts, too." She points out, "So. Nothing like roller coasters at all."

[dontlooklisten]

"Well, I'm very glad to hear you think so," says Whistler. "Man. Even if you didn't have the PSD thing going on I wouldn't be surprised if you had nightmares for months."

[sime_channel]

"I am not looking forward to it." She says with a sigh, then rests her head on his shoulder, "Richard saved my life, Whistler."

"Well, I'll be here for all of them," says Whistler. "Did he? That's cool."

[sime_channel]

"I know you will." She says softly, touching her lips to his shoulder, "He did. Whistler? Can I invite him into our Household?"
