This is another house I've fallen head-over-heels for, even though it's built for only a single Sim. It makes a wonderful starter home for that one Sim you're really looking to play as, and make their way up in the world.
I'll again be including screenshots, as well as a new tag: cc recommended. You can find out more about this tag in the sidebar to the left.

Key:
RED - Line these up on each floor to properly align as you build upward
YELLOW - Spaces occupied by recommended custom content
X - Spaces occupied by stairs
= - Doubled lines as walls are meant to be doors/gates

Second Floor:
Recommended Custom Content:
01.)
Marvine's Ladder with custom animations @ MTS2 - Using this in place of stairs makes a wonderful spacesaver, which leaves plenty of room for the TV area. It also gives the second floor a great loft feel.
Additional Notes:
01.) No matter what size lot this floorplan is built on, there is plenty of room to expand and tweak as needed. Don't be afraid!
02.) For an even more loft-like appearance for the upstairs, do as we did and use a daybed. The one pictured is
Fresh-Prince's Camelot Wood Daybed @ MTS2. The specific color featured is part of
SwtNess2's 6 Recolors of Fresh-Prince's Camelot Daybed @ MTS2.
03.) Moving the mailbox and trashcan on any lot using the "moveobjects on" cheat is a great way to add that last little touch of customization and realism.
Feel free to ask about any other content you see pictured in the screenshots, and I'll be more than happy to let you know where it is, or at least who it's by! Enjoy!
