The cottonwood trees are snowing. I think I am allergic to them. Not fun. Our lawn is turning white.
I'm almost done with one year of nursing school. Amazing how fast the time went. Hopefully next year goes by just as fast.
I am considering becoming a Doula (childbirth assistant). And a RN. I can get the Doula certificate this summer in a three day seminar while I'm out of school on break. Currently I am in the middle of my labor and delivery clinical at a hospital in downtown Detroit. It's been an amazing experience working with the laboring and delivering moms and then spending time with post-delivery moms and babies. Maybe this will be my calling.
I'm still doing very well in school. All A's since fall (with a couple of minuses)and a GPA of 3.8. I'll take it! Although, I'm quite exhausted and the homework is endless. But it will all be worth it in order to graduate next May.
