Had my yearly employee evaluation today - the first one at this job, and actually the first one I've had to do since before grad school. Weird. Anyway, I've been super stressed out about it (hence the flood of new Hei/Misaki stories - writing them helps me relax =D); but it went fine. Boss even sounded like she expects me to stay for two more years - not sure when it will be best to tell her that I don't plan on more than one. She has a history of not taking well the news that her postdocs don't want to stay in academia. Oh well - dilemma for another day!
