Hei chapter
This first Hei chapter is turning out to be torture to write, and I don't know why. Maybe it's because he's happy, and I can't write Happy!Hei. Also, too much exposition and description. Yuck.
...as an aside, I read some cool stuff about synchrotron radiation that I will work into the story. But, to the best of my knowledge/Google-fu, "lancelnopt" (or any spelling variation thereof) radiation is not a real thing. Named after a fictional scientist responsible for describing the fictional new phenomenon, perhaps?
