let's go to the movies
Yesterday I treated myself to a movie, and saw Mean Girls. It was really good. I do, however, regret the fact that I bought popcorn and a coke. Well, not the coke really (I was thirsty), but I do regret buying the popcorn. At most theatres I have been to, the small popcorn is the size of a brown paper lunch sack, but at the Regal in Augusta, it was the large or medium sack. I only ate about 1/4. It just doesn't pay. I tired so hard to talk myself out of it, but most of the time I rarely buy popcorm anyway, or when I do I am with the hubster so we share a small. God, $8 wasted. I feel like an idiot (and the concession prices were higher than other theatres anyway).
I deicded to go, beucase about 20 minutes before I was supposed to get off, thunder boomed over the building. I don't like driving in rain (I try to avoid it when I can). Really, I am a good driver, a very good driver, but it's just other drivers that get to me.... so I decided to stay in town, let the storm pass, and see the movie.
Know what? It didn't even rain.
This week I am working a busy week. In ventory is Tuesday, so I am working lots o' hours to prepapre. Normally, I would have MOnday off, but I am working tomorrow, but do get next Saturday off (rare) which makes for a three day weekend.
Ohh hubster is back with dinner fixins. Gotta go.
Oh I have a confession to make, which I will tell you guys later (my next entry I promise).
