Update in the Glaciology! Verse
Hi!
I know that some of you have been patiently waiting for updates on the story since last July, and unfortunately RL has been keeping me busy enough to have me doing too many other things but write more. To make things worse my flash drive died on me in winter, taking from me everything I had written so far and a couple of drafts as well.
Since I have been promising time and time again to post soon, I want to inform you all about what is going to happen updatewise:
I am currently writing chapter three and four of Thawing distance (The unbetaed version of Shelf-Ice Meander can be found on my Dreamwidth account), but things are going slow, since I'm mostly writing during work, when I have some time. So, please be patient with me. I promise to finish the verse this year, and I'm planning on doing so before summer, but I can't give you a definite time. Sorry about that.
A lot of people post a comment and it takes me a long time to reply. The thing is that I am not really a very active member of the LJ community and currently I am on LJ from time to time to look something up, or check on a friend, and I never go to my own journal or the writing journal. I will do better and be around more often than I have been in the recent past.
I also want to thank the anonymous person who bought me half a year of paid account. Thank you very much. I feel so stupid only noticing now that someone was so kind to spend money on me, and I never even realized.
Last but not least I want to thank everyone who took the time to read the story and write a comment, letting me know they enjoy the journey of Jared and Jensen.
