Akasha ran upstairs and tried to slam the door. Neo pushed the door open with such force she was thrown backwards into her room. Before she could react, he slapped her.
Neo: Lying, deceiving little tramp. Playing around with the enemy is going to get you killed.
Akasha: Neo, listen. This is all about research. His brother likes me and I have easy access to their family. I know how to take Vidcund down by turning his family and friends against him. He will beg me for death in the end.
Neo: Easy access! Looks like you were accessing his tongue very well, but I don’t see how his family was connected to it. Months ago I asked Min to test your resolve against the emotions it seems the Earth air is causing. What did if find? Not only is Min a great liar but my very own second in command is swapping spit with the brother of the man she is set to kill. Your mind would explode if you knew all the things that I do.
As Neo came closer to Akasha, she teleported but she couldn’t make it outside the house. She reappeared in the upstairs hallway. This one time using her powers seemed to completely drain her. She did have a head start on Neo and ran to the third floor into the lab. She never meant for Neo to find out about her little romance with Lazlo. It was her one escape from the madness that surrounded their mission.
Akasha braced the door and backed into a corner. She shook herself, reminding herself that she was an assassin that shouldn’t be afraid of anyone. She shivered when she heard Neo racing up the stairs. He banged on the door. It wouldn’t take long for him to get inside. Akasha was prepared to kill him if necessary. She pulled out a gun from a cabinet in the corner. As the door gave way, she fired into the fragments, hoping to hit Neo.
Akasha stared as pieces of sawdust fell to the floor like snow. Neo was nowhere to be seen. She slowly eased her way toward the opening. Neo caught her off guard, rushing in and throwing her to the floor. The gun skidded across the room. Akasha tried to teleport from the room but she couldn’t.
Neo: I’ve seen the other side with Kristen’s powers. You can’t hide anything from me. You can’t lie to me and each time you try to teleport, I sap a piece of your energy. This is a teaching method that I’ve found most useful.
Listen to me very carefully. You will stop seeing Lazlo or he will die. You will continue your mission as ordered by the Council and kill Vidcund. You will get up and go to the door because Kristen is on her way to save you. Months ago she saw you die, but because I share her powers I have spared your life. Your fate has been altered, but you can just as easily die later if you deceive me again. Now get up, clean your face, and greet her.
Akasha got up and raced downstairs toward the bathroom. She knew Neo wouldn’t follow her since Kristen had no clue they lived together. She hit the bottom step in time to see Kristen driving up at break neck speed down the street. Akasha only had seconds to type a quick text message and hit send.
Text Message: Themis, cease now, Neo knows about your relationship!

September 25, 2039 Sunday
Kristen rubbed her belly while looking around the maternity store. She was now in 2nd Trimester and she adored the small belly that she was developing. She yawned, feeling the effects of the vitamins Vidcund had been giving her. He claimed that they would help her and the baby, however they seemed to make her more tired than anything else.
When she found a few outfits that she liked and headed toward the dressing room. Once inside, she starred at her image in the mirror. She noticed that her face was becoming flushed. She turned toward the little sofa in the dressing room and sat down as waves of nausea came over her. She shook as a series of intense visions came to her.
Neo: Shhhh!
Kristen came back from the vision and breathed in deep to calm down.
Kristen: I see you all now. I have to do something.
Kristen immediately left the dressing room and ran from the store. Once outside she pulled out her cell and dialed Chloe’s number.
Chloe: Hey, Kris, what’s up?
Kristen: Chloe, you won’t believe what’s happened.
Chloe: You had a vision, right?
Kristen: I figured it out. I know who they are.
Chloe: I know, I know.
Kristen: What?
Chloe: Come to my dad’s house. We’ll explain it all.
Kristen: What’s going on?
Chloe: He says your gift is what’s putting you in danger. Come as soon as you can.
Kristen: This just gets more and more crazy. Chloe, I’ve seen all of the people in town. What are they trying to do?
Chloe: It’s raining, maybe you should just focus on driving and come straight here.
Kristen: Okay, I’m on my way but Chloe, you wouldn’t believe the people I’ve seen. One was my doc….No!
Nayla: Dr. Trent, I can’t believe this! It’s Dr. Singles.
Matt: They still haven’t located the other driver but both cars were totaled. Run and get ER Room 1 set up immediately!

September 30, 2039 - Friday
The moon colony was finally finished. Ophelia’s science and robotics complex was small compared to the towering buildings that would house thousands of families. Each building had its own air system and special artificial gravity machines. An underground rail system was built to allow people to travel from one end of the planet to the other. There was even a zoo that would house animals that were being rescued from the planet. In the heart of town was a series of large parks that would be a bridge between citizens from various regions on Earth. The entire colony was a marvel of architecture that was built in record time thanks to the robots.
Now the question still was up in the air, what would happen when she returned to Earth. In only a few months the planet would be deserted and her robots were expected to help make repairs. How would she explain that her creations possibly posed a threat to humanity?
Ophelia: My ship will be leaving soon. You’ll need to wait until we are out of range before you travel back to your time.
Drusilla: Of course. We did a good job, the second time around. Take care of yourself and your baby.
Ophelia: Hey, I never did ask you. I see why each of us could be considered dangerous in the future, but why Olive? If she died in your time, why would it benefit them to keep her alive?
Drusilla: She was a major assassin. Even though she silently passed away, she did call me hours before she died. She had been scheduled to kill the President.
Ophelia: Whoa? Why would someone want to kill President Sanchez?
Drusilla: She was against this move to the moon.
Ophelia: We’ll she’s all for it now.
Drusilla looked at Ophelia clearly shocked.
Drusilla: Be careful when you get back. It’s very obvious there is more to this than meets the eye. I don’t want to keep you any longer. You need to get prepared for take off. Remember that your colleagues will wake up mid-flight. They’ll have only foggy memories from the past month, but they won’t remember my coming.
Ophelia: I guess this is it. Thanks for everything. I won’t let you down.
Drusilla: I know.
Their next steps would be very important to the future. Ophelia said goodbye and boarded the ship to begin the countdown. Drusilla began to do her final sweep of the building.
One hour later, she stood in place, waiting to travel to her time. Timing was everything and with the sun passing overhead, it would be at its strongest to give the energy needed for the trip. In the blink of an eye she was home.
Once there, Drusilla settled back into her role of loving wife and mother. She hoped Ophelia would come to have the same bright future. Drusilla had a wonderful husband, wonderful kids, even the white picket fence and large house that she always wanted as a child. She snuggled on the couch with Lazlo, telling him all about the trip.
Hours later, their children had gone to bed leaving them alone.
Lazlo: I missed you.
Drusilla: I can tell.
Lazlo: You’re looking pretty hot in that uniform.
Drusilla: The last time you had that gleam in your eyes I ended up pregnant with Olivia.
Drusilla and Lazlo were so caught up in their flirting that they didn’t notice the blue lights outside. They had no idea that danger was right outside until it was too late. The front door was blasted open and two of the robots created after their return to Earth entered the room. Model names XVI and 01100 looked at their creator with nothing but hatred, if robots were capable of such feelings.
01100: You’ve been very naughty. Your times up, Ophelia or shall I call you Drusilla. You were very hard to find but today you die.
Drusilla: You won’t succeed.
XVI: I’ll handle the children. Kill her.
01100 moved toward Drusilla and she was ready, throwing punches, knowing it was no good. 01100 skillfully used his katana and slit Drusilla’s throat. Lazlo moved in, screaming her name, but he too met the end of 01100’s blade.
XVI: The memories of the children have been wiped. They’ll be sold as servants to the Council. Her robots have been destroyed. Now we wait to ensure the past turns out as we planned.

Willow: What on Earth! Where the heck did this toy come from? It wasn’t here a minute ago.
Willow picked up the toy and read the attached note.
Mom,
This toy was sent from the future and will return to the future on November 13th. I know you don’t believe it, but in a matter of weeks you’ll start getting very sick. Please be careful! Mrs. Wilson should be calling you soon to tell you about her son.
Love,
Ophelia
Willow stared at the note, knowing it was some game Ophelia had to be playing. She was drawn from her thought when the phone started ringing. When she checked the called ID, she almost dropped the receiver. It was her friend, Jan Wilson.
Willow: Is this for real?
