Geek Time - Vol.2
Well, if some of you are interested by that, I'm going on a family trip soon.
[ Okay, actually, none of you cares about that, ne ? XD ]
On Monday morning exactly (yeah, since it's 00:26PM when I'm typing this, that means tomorrow XD)
And I'm not taking my laptop (even if I really want to do so @_@) so I won't update here until next week
[ Ah ! If some of you ask for passwords, please be patient, I'll send you those the day I'll come back ;D ]
Anyway, as I'm taking a break on my Geek activities, let's be Geek a last time before leaving home 8D
So... here is the second Geek Time of the week, and of this LJ actually =]
First, another one of those EPIC videos my friends posted on Facebook
[ Most of them are studying Maths or Computer Science, so my Geek entries are kinda what they made me discover XD ]
It's kinda amazing how they did that ! =O If I'm not wrong, it's a students building.
We wondered how they did that : a computer controlling everything ? Anyway, it's FREAKING AMAZING !
And as this video is from dailymotion, it's perfect for what I want to share with you then.
Have you already heard about Konami Codes ?
That a sequence of keys that lead to a special stuff on games originally, but then on websites.
As I mentioned Facebook, maybe some of you already tried that and saw that result (apparently it's no longer working)
But well, let's experiment that !
A French website I often visit recently posted a news saying that Konami Code is working on dailymotion !
Click on the video above and type the following sequence :
Up-Up-Down-Down-Left-Right-Left-Right-B-A-B-A (if you're using Firefox like me, the second "B-A" is useless)
[spoiler] There are two effects that can happen. The first one is that the video turn upside down.
The second one is less flagrant, but if you point your mouse on the video, there is a lens effect. [/spoiler]

Well, just open a youtube page and load a video. This one for example :)
Click on the video (on the button "play" works too) and then press the Left arrow for two seconds. And let's play ! XD
While I'm talking about games, another game which is famous in my college : Tetris !
The next video is quite similar to the Snake one I posted above, except the fact it's a Tetris this time ! XD

Ah, I'm talking about Tetris, and I have my AAA-ddiction, so I can't make this entry without posting that video.
I'm sure you already saw all those pictures where the members (boys especially) are playing with DS !

I don't know if it's the other guy who's not so good at that game, but Shinjiro is impressive ! =O

Oh, I said at the beginning of this entry that I was going on vacations soon right ?
Maybe you already had that problem -even with only a few- with everything that end getting tangled together in you bag T^T
I'm one of those who needs a looooooot of cables, battery chargers, headphones and others when going on a trip.
Because of that, there is something I'd really like to have, because it's really useful !

Unfortunately, I'm living in France, and shipping costs to France are too expensive T^T
(For example, for this one which is only 9.99$, shipping costs are... 63.02$ !! That's unbelievable ! o_O)
I also saw some on ebay, but shipping is only available to United States ! Damnit ! è_é
Well, the Geek has made her whole speech, and she's going to sleep. Wow, it's 2:14PM now o_O
