So, everyone out there has seen the Lion King, right? Right. It's a classic, after all.
The thing about that movie; the coolest character is by far Scar. Evil, cunning, sarcastic, and stylish. You've got to love him. He's like Rayek in Elfquest, that Miraz uncle of Caspian's in Narnia and...*drumroll*
Rannon.
Oh, come on, it's so there! The looks! The bitterness! The muttered curses!
And when you start thinking about it, it all makes sense. Scar killed Mufasa. Rannon killed Taj; the shantu of the Lion Circle! You see how it all comes together? Simba came back and whee, the country's saved. Rylerion comes back and whee, the country's saved. And Silvy's got a lovely pic which does sort of suggests that Neyrika has a mothery thing going on for all the creatures in her realm.
Nala, on the other hand? Relonia!
Who is, in a matter of speaking, perched on Rannon's shoulder? Akari!
And isn't Rafiki in an odd, same-hair-way, reminiscent of Corrin? (Well, not really, but we were on a roll and artistic liberty and stuff. Be quiet! I can be illogical if I want!)
