Act 2 Twist
FLIGHT
The stars, they call out to my spirit
They set my soul on fire
To break this pull that holds me back,
I know that I must soar higher
Flight is my freedom
It is my wings
Flight is my heart's desire,
to reach new heights,
to touch the stars in life
...I am a flyer.
Just some poetry that is on one of my shirts from "Sugar and Bruno." I love the shirt and have had it for a while. Anyway, I decided to share the work with the online nation!
Anyway, this past weekend was rather fun.
I spent Saturday taking it easy, went to see the movie "Predators." I have to say that it was a decent film. It certainly had interesting characters...and I think that it was worth the see.
Sunday, I went to Valleyfair with my guy. Talk about fun. We were there for 10 hours, got a little sun baked, but enjoyed ourselves. There weren't many people there, surprisingly, and the line waits were rather tolerable, 15 minutes at the most. It was a great day to go. Great date in honor of our 9-month anniversary. (Despite the break up, we have decided to still continue things from where they were cause we were still talking and trying to fix things between us.)
