TVD crossovers I would love

You know how much I want to read some Supernatural/The Vampire Diaries crossovers? THIS MUCH.

The only problem is... it's not remotely feasible, right? The moral frameworks are too widely divergent. (same problem with BtVS/TVD, really)

The only saving grace is the power differential. The abilities of vampires in The Vampire Diaries are strong enough that there's no way the Winchesters could ever get the drop on them (assuming a lack of Cas involvement). Mind control, healing, blinding fast speed, super strength + a resistance to their only weakness? Yeah, no.

The catch is that the Winchesters wouldn't willingly walk away with Caroline, Damon, and Stefan still alive. But maybe if our TVD vamps are on a research road trip and keep from being tracked back to Mystic Falls? Then emergency joint adventures should be possible, because all parties could theoretically get out alive & return to their respective universes. (I assume they'd let the Winchesters walk if the boys proved useful and someone saved Damon's life with bonus punching.)

An idea I really like is that Sam met up with Damon during his travels pre-S4 and they helped each other out of a tight spot, when he was feeling a bit morally questionable... or they worked together in the Souless!Sammy year. And now the hunters run into him & Team Salvatore again and Damon's like, "oh, hey! This guy will help. We were BADASS that one time." And then somehow Sam and Damon have sex. ( THAT'S ACTUALLY THE IMPORTANT PART. :D :D :D )

I'd still kill to see a Being Human crossover, either UK or US, because Mitchell or Aidan would absolutely LOVE Caroline and the Salvatores. He'd have gigantic crushes on all of them and want to hug them and move in as one big happy vampire family that only occasionally eats people by accident. hahahaha Annie and Caroline would get on so well. And I want US!Bishop to be an old acquaintance or ex-boyfriend of Damon's.
