it's a vicious circle
Before diving into the posts of the last two days (why do you people have lives?), I have some things I'd like to say. *clears throat*
- French literature. Downright failure. I deprived myself of sleep and forced myself to endless hours of French movies, websites, books, podcasts, music etc. for two months and the result was hearing the teacher tell me she was sure I had studied the literature, but the language needed to express my thoughts just wasn't there. Not cool. She advised me to spend at least two months (she was going to say six, I could just tell) in France, which is something that I obviously cannot do seen as I am required to attend her classes to pass the exam! Whatever. I am past caring. I am just extremely pissed off I have to wait till May to take the exam again.
- The professor who had me write the essay on Draco and Hamlet and I spoke yesterday afternoon. He calls me princess! O.o Anyway, he mentioned he liked how I wrote, although 'the substratum of Italian was a bit too noticeable'. That put me off a little bit, but I appreciate the honesty. I'm going to follow another one of his classes: Children's Literature. He did Harry Potter last year (where the hell was I?!?), and he's thinking about looking at Alice In Wonderland this year.
- Chapter 28 of Holy Devil just won't write itself! I have no clue what's wrong, so I don't know how to fix this... maybe I was just too stressed with finals, and now that that's over words will start flowing again. I hope they will, because I want to finish it and move on the conclusion of the story. *sigh*
- I can't wait for Sunday! Between Dramione Drabbles and HV, I don't what I'm more excited about! I love this fandom... ♥
