House Under My Skin
I don't watch S5 usually, I'm waiting to watch it properly on TV when it comes to England (eventually - HURRY UP SKY1) but OMG I JUST HAD TO WATCH UNDER MY SKIN.
It looked so good, for obvs Huddy reasons, but srs, the REST of the ep as well?! I LOVE THIS SHOW.
1) Amber - I love her. She was fantastic. So hilarious, so well acted.
2) The case - BALLET! BALLET! I loved the bit at the end where the 13 was like, "Not only that House has personap problems he has to work through, but that we weren't clever enought to save her." They're not just giving up cause he's not there; they're pushing it and doing anything to save her.
3) House wanting to detox, and going to Cuddy so he couldn't cheat
4) Cuddy's support
5) The Cuddy/House convo in the morning
I haven't watched any of S5 yet, so coming straight from S4 and seeing this - they are so different, yet so the same. There's this huge guard that used to be there that's being scraped away; the convo between them showed just how much of their boundaries they've both let go. They act like a couple without even realizing it. And it completely, completely works.
