Right.
So just as you're beginning to battle and overcome your arachnophobia once and for all, you realize these colorful little fuckers live right here on Gotland. And by 'little' I mean bloody huge by Swedish spider-standards.
Invasive species, normally lives around the Mediterranean except they've figured for the last decade or two that hey, migrating North is apparently a great idea. Especially to Gotland, since the first sighting in Sweden was apparently here, a decade ago.
I'm sort of glad I didn't know this until now. Now just to un-learn they live here. ;_;
