I'm fairly certain I haven't posted this here before, even though it's... about half a year old. I suppose I got sidetracked. ^^;
So anyone remember cranky ex-god Elenti and laid-back n00b-god Anak?
In many ancient Pacific cultures, a boy becomes a man by receiving the essence of older men in the form of semen. Essence, or Mana, is on the whole a very important concept in the mythos of these cultures.
When it comes to Anak and Elenti, the exchange of Mana is not that of a child and an adult, but essence of divinity from Elenti to Anak and essence of power from Anak to Elenti. A special kind of synergy that empowers both of them.
Incidentally, it also qualifies as hot sex. >.>
But of course it's just en entirely practical arrangement, to boost power and divine experience. It's not as though they like each other like that, or anything. That'd be silly. Really. No, really. >.>
